Genesis Process Change Class

Do you feel stuck in life? Are you having difficulty developing meaningful relationships? Do you struggle with repetitive behaviors that block you from your goals? If you do, then you might consider taking the Genesis Process Change Class.

The genesis process deals with the coping and addictive behaviors which we all have. A coping behavior is what we use to cope when life becomes too much for us. Most of us have been taught that as long as we are not using drugs and alcohol to cope, then we are okay. The truth is that there are many destructive behaviors that we can become addicted to in order to deal with life. Addictions can be things like work, food, sex, approval, and judgments. Michael Dye (author of the Genesis Process) says that if you don't think you have an addiction you might do like he did and work on becoming a recovering Pharisee!

The Genesis Process combines Biblical principles with the latest understanding of the brain to help answer the question "Why do we do the things we don't want to do?" For those of us who really want to change, the Genesis Process will make us able to change. The reason why this is true is because the Genesis Process goes beyond targeting unwanted behavior and gets to what is driving that behavior. Genesis is a nine-month commitment and has 1 to 2 hours of homework each week.
